case O-02 · Junger Parfums

the perfume shop was the first project. The partnership continued.

Felipe found my work in Brazil and introduced me to Raphael, who was preparing to open a perfume shop in Geneva. We worked together on the launch of Junger Parfums. The shop is paused today. The partnership continued.

Junger Parfums

how it started

I did not meet Raphael directly.

It all started inside a community I take part in. I had posted about a stage of my paid traffic training and about the certifications I had just earned. Felipe saw that post, went to look at my profile and asked to talk.

He was in Switzerland and was helping a Brazilian with a new project in Geneva. Raphael Junger was preparing to open a perfume shop and had asked Felipe to find someone to work on acquisition.

After a long first conversation, Felipe introduced me to Raphael.

That is how our relationship started.

Junger Parfums

liking perfume is one thing. standing up a perfume shop is another.

Raphael truly likes this market.

Even before we met, he had been building relationships, looking for suppliers and turning that interest into a business. When I joined the project, Junger Parfums was moving out of that construction phase to become a physical shop in Geneva.

And the context mattered.

The shop was on Rue des Terreaux-du-Temple, in the Cornavin area, very close to Manor Genève and to one of the city's main commercial axes.

That meant being where there was foot traffic, but also where there were already many reasons for someone to buy somewhere else.

It was a new brand entering an environment where consumers already had references, established shops and countless alternatives.

Existing at that address was not enough.

People needed to know Junger existed and have a reason to walk in.

Junger Parfums

Cacoal on one side. Geneva on the other.

Raphael was in Switzerland, standing the business up. Felipe followed the financial side of the operation closely. And I worked from Brazil on communication, the launch and acquisition.

The distance was part of the routine.

There were hours of difference between us, another market, another city and a physical business happening thousands of kilometers from where I was.

Even so, we built the launch together.

We worked on the brand, the communication and the campaigns of Junger Parfums until the moment came to open the doors.

Junger Parfums

and the doors opened with people walking in.

At the opening, more than 100 people came through the shop.

There was also a launch in which more than 200 perfumes were sold.

Those numbers are nice. But they are not the part of the story that interests me most.

Because it would be very easy to take the media investment, put it on one side, put the sales on the other and say the ads made it happen.

They did not do it alone.

There was Raphael building the business, choosing products, negotiating and selling. There was Felipe following the financial operation. There was the shop, the location, the brand, the products, the relationships they already had and the work we did on communication and acquisition.

The ads took part in the launch. They were not the launch.

Junger Parfums

the perfume shop stopped. the relationship didn't.

Today, Junger Parfums is paused.

Raphael decided to focus his energy on another business in Switzerland, tied to renovation, painting, interior refurbishment and flooring. Perfume remains part of something he genuinely likes and plans to explore again in the future.

Our work, however, did not end together with the shop.

We kept working together.

Now the business is different. The market is different. The customer we need to find is different. And, naturally, the work we need to do has changed too.

Maybe that is the part I like most in this story.

It started with a post that Felipe found. It became a conversation. The conversation became trust. The trust took me to Raphael. And a launch in Geneva became a relationship that continued even after that project.
