we started by looking for what to advertise. Pilates ended up opening the door to much more.

We began by testing which of the clinic's services made sense to put in front of more people. We found consistent demand in Pilates, practically filled the available slots, and we keep working together while COPS itself grows.

how it started

COPS was one of Regência's first clients, and it was also the first time I presented my work in person.

I prepared a document, sent it to the clinic and was invited to talk.

I remember that meeting because I was still just starting out. Érika, Flávia and Ju were there. I had prepared what I wanted to show, but sitting in front of a potential client, explaining my ideas and answering questions was a different story.

I was nervous. I stammered at some points.

Even so, the conversation went well.

We started working together, and the relationship that began in one of my first sales meetings continues to this day.

what made sense to put in front of people?

At the start, the question was fairly open: of everything COPS offered, what would make sense to promote?

COPS was not a single-service business. Physical therapy was part of the work, but there were other areas inside the center.

In one of the conversations, they asked me what I thought we should advertise.

Among the possibilities, two caught my attention: physical therapy and Pilates.

We started testing.

And Pilates responded very well.

We did not find the right combination right away. There was a learning period until we better understood who we wanted to reach, which messages worked and how to reach the people who made sense for that modality.

Over time, this became much clearer.

Pilates became one of the front doors to COPS.

The campaigns started to generate demand consistently and the slots began to fill.

Today, practically all Pilates slots are filled, and we keep advertising because there are still slots and demand that the team wants to work on.

But there is something in this story that I particularly like.

Someone who comes for Pilates does not necessarily get to know only Pilates.

The person walks into COPS.

They get to know the space, the team, and find out that physical therapy and other areas of care are there too.

So, over the course of the work, I began to see Pilates not only as a service we were advertising, but also as a front door to getting to know the rest of COPS.

almost two years later, the work continues.

In that time, the messaging campaigns have generated more than 700 conversations. We also ran campaigns for the profile and for content, helping to expand the clinic's digital presence.

But what interests me most is not a specific campaign.

It is the continuity.

There were different campaigns, audiences, messages and objectives over time. What made sense at the start was not necessarily still the priority months later.

The work kept changing along with COPS.

Today the clinic is at a different moment. Érika has even told me about plans to leave the rented space and, in the future, build its own building.

It would be wrong to say that ads built that.

There is a team serving patients every day, people running the business, professionals delivering the service, patients referring others and coming back, content, customer service and a series of things happening at the same time.

Our work was part of that growth.

And maybe what I like most about this project is being able to look back and realize that first in-person meeting did not end in a campaign.

It became a relationship of almost two years that keeps accompanying the business as it changes.
